Swedish massage is a series of pressures applied to the muscle mass or joints, helping to restore tired muscles. This type of massage aims to optimize the body’s freedom of movement.  It improves the blood circulation by stimulating the flow of blood back to the heart.

Hot stone massage

This massage is applied with the aid of smooth, round basalt stones. These volcanic stones are placed for a few seconds on precise points of the body and massage is given with them. By imparting the Earth’s energy, the hot stones warm and revive the muscles, dissolving tension away, reducing aches and pains and improving the circulation.

Sports massage

The sports massage is a hot oil massage, providing a deep soothing effect to the muscles. The movements are executed with a quick rhythm and may be applied to the forearm, elbows and wrists. This massage stimulates blood circulation and helps nourish the muscles with proteins and oxygen. It is ideal for snowmobilers, cyclists and hikers, all of whom can enjoy the magnificent roads and trails of Gaspésie.

Aromatic massage

This is a massage that is applied with essential oils. The benefits are imparted by the therapeutic action of the essential oils on the body.

Massage for mothers-to-be

Massage adapted for the pregnant woman is a sequence of precise movements that relax the muscles and favour an easier delivery. The massage soothes the areas most likely to ache during pregnancy: the back, lumbar region, legs and shoulders. This is done with pregnancy cushions that allow the woman to lie on her stomach to receive the treatment.

Lymphatic drainage

$80 for 90 minutes
This therapeutic massage is done by a pumping action and rhythmic movements of pressure and concentrated touches along the ganglionic chain. It helps speed up lymphatic circulation and clear out toxins.

Chair massage

$1 per minute
Minimum of 120 minutes for outside the hotel
This massage is applied over the top of the clothes for about 15 minutes, or about the time of a coffee break. The service is offered to businesses.

Chair massage is available to companies, during special events (meetings, conventions, financing campaigns, etc.), or as part of corporate social events (golf tournaments, company picnics, etc.).

Neuromuscular treatment

This massage is specifically for muscular, joint and neuralgic disorders. It is excellent for stiff necks and sprained backs.

Body exfoliation

A procedure that rids the outer skin of dead cells, permitting better absorption by the skin of the active ingredients in body care products (sea salts, sea clay, seaweed or granular creams designed for this use).

The GOM-MEE® concept aims to introduce children aged 3 to 11 to spa treatments in a friendly way.

Our massotherapists are members of a recognized professional association. Receipts can be provided for insurance purposes.

Don’t forget your swimsuit if you wish to enjoy the steam bath and the spa.

Arrive 10 minutes before your massage, to give yourself time to take in the ambiance. If you arrive late, your treatment will still have to end at the planned time in order to accommodate other clients.

If you need to cancel, please call us at least 4 hours before your appointment. You will then avoid the cancellation fee and will give someone else the chance to use the time. For packages with accommodation included, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel later than this, we will be obliged to charge you in full for your missed appointment, in part to cover the massotherapists’ fees.

If you have a gift card, present it when you come. Notice of 48 hours is required if you need to cancel. This is non-reimbursable.

Taxes are extra and gratuities are at your discretion.
