Crèmerie Baie Bleue pays homage to the hotel’s former name while highlighting one of our region’s most beautiful attractions: the sparkling waters of Carleton-sur-Mer Bay. This new identity reflects our desire to create a welcoming, friendly place that is deeply rooted in the Gaspé landscape.

Although the name has changed, the enjoyment remains the same! Visitors can continue to enjoy a selection of delicious ice creams and treats perfect for hot summer days.

And for fans of our iconic specialty, rest assured: the famous churros will always be on the menu. They will now be served at Pub St-Joseph, the restaurant at Riôtel Carleton-sur-Mer, where they will continue to delight young and old alike.
