We understand that your plans may change. Here are our terms and conditions depending on the type of reservation:

• Direct Reservations: Cancellation accepted until noon on the day of arrival.

• Carleton Cottage and Lofts:

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: full refund of deposit
  • Cancellation 29 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival: deposit non-refundable
•  Group Bookings: see contract or contact the person responsible for the group.
